Where the sheet still marks a point as estimated or to be confirmed, the site keeps that caution visible instead of presenting it as final.

The project details page now shows the current set of known facts, including estimated size, building configuration and location highlights.

Items that still need official confirmation, such as tenure and TOP, are labelled to be confirmed rather than interpreted.

Pricing is intentionally not displayed until administrators publish validated figures.

The current working preview date used across this site is 3 October 2026 at 10:00 AM Singapore time.

The preview countdown is configurable in the dashboard so administrators can update the live display if schedule details change.
